Deep tissue, trigger point and neuromuscular therapy, and now gentle manual lymphatic drainage, with warmth in every session.
Lexi is a Certified Massage Therapist and Advanced Neuromuscular Therapist who loves helping people feel their best, physically and mentally. She especially enjoys deep tissue and trigger point work, with a personal approach that helps relieve tension, reduce pain and support overall relaxation.
She recently became certified in Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), adding another gentle, therapeutic technique to her practice.
Whether that means easing chronic tension or simply giving someone a chance to slow down and de-stress.

Manual lymphatic drainage
The gentlest work we do.
MLD uses light, rhythmic strokes that follow the body’s lymphatic pathways, a very different feel from deep tissue. Lexi recently earned her certification and is glad to talk through whether it’s a good fit for you.
